Across five evenings, the event spotlights industries such as finance, media, tech, and healthcare, bringing together ambitious founders and innovators to co-create AI solutions with the potential to redefine entire sectors.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the competition, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Founder Requirement: Applicants must be the founder or co-founder of the startup.
2. Business Focus: The product must be AI-powered or include AI functionality. Open to industries such as (but not limited to) media, finance, healthcare, beauty, consumer, and technology.
3. Company Stage: Open to early-stage founders with at least a functional MVP (minimum viable product).
4. Geography: Applicants must be based in the United States.
5. Use of Funds: The award must be applied toward product development, marketing, operations, or another key area of growth.
6. Legal Entity: Applicants must have a registered business entity (LLC, C-Corp, etc.).
