The Coca-Cola Nigeria Technical Trainee Program is an 18-month non-residential training program designed to provide participants with practical experience in the company’s production processes. The program is divided into two phases:
Program Phases:

First 12 months (Lagos-based):
- Classroom and hands-on training in:
- Basic Bottling Process
- Industrial Mechatronics
- Automation and Process Control Engineering
- Machine Shop Operation
- General Fittings and Welding
- Utility Maintenance and Operations
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Classroom and hands-on training in:

Final 6 months:
- On-the-job training at one of Coca-Cola's eight production plants across Nigeria, offering real-world production experience.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
