Call for Proposals

We are pleased to invite you to submit proposals for Symposia and Workshops to be held with the ISN-ASN 2025, New York – USA. Proposals will be accepted from January 4th to February 2nd, 2024.

Requirements for Submission of Proposals

• The submitting author must be an active ISN Member in good standing.
• Members must renew ISN membership for 2024, and the renewal must be approved before accessing the electronic proposal forms.
• If you are not an ISN member, please consider that the membership application process may take some time. Membership applications and renewals are usually approved rapidly by the ISN Office if all requested information is provided and the membership fee (if required) is received.

Speaker Confirmation

• Confirmation of all proposed speakers listed in proposals for symposia and workshops is required.
• The application form includes a built-in feature to contact the proposed speakers and ask for this confirmation.
• Without confirmation by all proposed speakers, proposals cannot be submitted.
• To obtain confirmation of all speakers in time before the deadline (February 2nd), contact speakers now and start your application process early.
