Publication
All invited and contributed papers that are accepted will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-2458-6) and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. They will also be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings papers must be at least 4 pages long.
