Submissions will be peer-reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published as post-proceedings. The book series is indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, EI Compendex, and SCImago. All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.

After proceedings registration, some extended papers will be recommended to the Journal of Communications (ISSN: 1796-2021 (Online); 2374-4367 (Print)) for review. Accepted papers will be published as a special issue, which will be indexed by Scopus, DBLP, CrossRef, EBSCO, Google Scholar, CNKI, etc.
