Publication
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by program committees and the technical committee. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
(All previous conference proceedings have been archived in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.)
Selected papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Educational Technology (Electronic ISSN: 2196-4971 & Print ISSN: 2196-4963) as a proceedings book volume, which has been accepted by Springer. Final publication will be subject to manuscript review by Springer. These papers will be sent to indexing databases such as:

Submission Guidelines
- Language: English is the official language. Papers should be prepared and presented in English.
- Full Paper Submission: Papers must be no less than 4 pages in two-column format for publication and presentation.
- Abstract Submission: For presentation only, submit an abstract.
