All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process. Accepted papers with registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE, which will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, among others.

Submission Types

1. Full Paper (Publication & Presentation)

   • Minimum Page Requirement: 4 pages
   • Accepted and registered full papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors will be invited to deliver an oral presentation at the event.

2. Abstract (Presentation ONLY)

   • Abstract registration is for presentation only.
   • Abstracts will not be published.
