Registration Cancellation Policy

To cancel your 31st IPA Congress registration, please email the conference secretariat at info@ipacongress.org with your registration number in the subject line. Ensure the email is sent from the address used during registration.

Please note:

• Cancellation before 31/12/2024:

  • 25% cancellation fee of gross registration value (excluding taxes)

• Cancellations between 01/01/2025 to 31/03/2025:

  • 50% cancellation fee of gross registration value (excluding taxes)

• Cancellations between 01/04/2025 to 30/04/2025:

  • 75% cancellation fee of gross registration value (excluding taxes)

• Cancellations post 01/05/2025:

  • Non-refundable

• Refund Processing:

  • All refunds will be processed within 6–8 weeks after the completion of the conference.

• Important Considerations:

  • The timestamp of the email will be considered the official date of the cancellation request.
  • Taxes are non-refundable for any type of cancellation.
